In 2001 in an English class, I put together my first video about one of our most beloved Presidents, Abraham Lincoln. My teacher thought it was edited so well she told me, "I think you could do this as a business someday." In 2003, I purchased my first professional camcorder, the Canon XL1S. I started to put together videos for friends and family in the Chattanooga area to get experience and find the right shots to make video come to life.
During the summer I was hired to film my first two big projects, a camp meeting for the youth in Nashville and a live music performance in Fort Paigne, Alabama. In 2005 I purchased my second professional camera, the Canon GL2. At that time I was filming a lot of special events. One in particular was in the Nashville area at a private academy. I was asked to film their gymnix home show. They have welcomed me back ever since.
My company has grown to a 3 camera operation and thanks to my wonderful customers my business continues to grow.
The name Von Eibes is German for The Ipes, my family name hence Von Eibes Digital Films with the slogan.
"Excelling in the film of lasting Memories"
